In the early hours of a Saturday morning in west Phoenix, a house party filled with teenagers took a tragic and fatal turn. On January 16, 2016, 15-year-old Sinclaire Sandoval was fatally shot while attending a gathering with 40 to 60 other young people. The party, held at a residence near 43rd Avenue and Glendale, was attended by individuals ranging in age from 15 to 21.
