Death by Force

On March 15, 2024, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 84-year-old Sidney DeLoach was tragically shot and killed in his home. The incident also claimed the life of his 30-year-old granddaughter, Christina "Nicole" DeLoach. Authorities allege that Sidney's son, 63-year-old Brent DeLoach, was responsible for both deaths before attempting to take his own life. Brent survived his self-inflicted injuries and is expected to face two counts of first-degree murder upon his recovery.
