Louis Williams, a 35-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred at the Mitchell Tax and Barber Shop located at 2045 North Foster Drive. On that fateful evening, a shooting took place inside the barber shop, resulting in the death of Louis Williams and injuries to three other individuals. The Baton Rouge Police Department responded to the scene and identified Louis Williams as the deceased victim.
