On the evening of February 18, 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the familiar buzz of a Baton Rouge barbershop, leaving one man dead and three others wounded. Louis Williams, a 35-year-old male, was inside the Mitchell Tax and Barber Shop at 2045 North Foster Drive when the shooting erupted around 7:00 p.m. Tragically, Williams sustained fatal gunshot injuries and died at the scene.
