In the winter of 2016, a life was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Devin Anderson, a 17-year-old African American male and a student at Tara High School, died on Saturday, January 16, 2016. His death left his family and friends in deep mourning, a sudden and unexpected loss that would soon be revealed as the result of a tragic accident.
