Death by Force

On the morning of August 27, 2023, 42-year-old Sherman Jerome McElroy was fatally shot in the 3000 block of Monte Sano Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 9:10 a.m., and McElroy was found outside his vehicle at a park, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
