On a tragic Monday morning, April 10, 2023, the city of Louisville, Kentucky, was shaken by a senseless act of violence that claimed the life of Joshua Barrick, a 40-year-old husband and father. Barrick, a senior vice president of commercial real estate banking at Old National Bank, was in a conference room for a meeting when a fellow employee opened fire, killing him and four other colleagues.
