On April 10, 2023, Joshua Michael Barrick, a 40-year-old resident of Louisville, Kentucky, lost his life in a tragic mass shooting at the Old National Bank located on East Main Street in Louisville. Barrick was among the five employees of the bank who were fatally shot by the perpetrator, Connor James Sturgeon, a 25-year-old former employee of the bank.
