Julian Ramirez, 32, was found murdered alongside 27-year-old Linda Leslie on August 31, 2016, in Louisville, Kentucky. Both victims were discovered shot to death inside a vehicle on 3rd Street. Years later, in 2022, Donnie Ashby was indicted in connection to their murders. At the time of the indictment, Ashby was already incarcerated for unrelated offenses. The case had been investigated by the Louisville Metro Police Department's Cold Case Unit, and Ashby faced arraignment in early 2023.
