In the early spring of 2021, a vibrant life was tragically cut short on the streets of Louisville, Kentucky. Samuel Figueroa, a 52-year-old male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound on the evening of Friday, March 12th. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the 700 block of M Street, marking another grim statistic in the city's growing count of homicides for the year.
