On June 13, 2021, Melvin Darnell Pinder, a 41-year-old resident of Lansing, Michigan, was involved in a tragic incident that resulted in his death. According to reports, the Lansing Police Department responded to a call at Oak Park near downtown Lansing around 3:00 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Pinder with self-inflicted gunshot wounds, along with three other individuals who had sustained blunt force injuries.
