In the late afternoon of October 31, 2024, a chaotic scene unfolded on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 264 in Louisville, Kentucky. A black Honda, driven by 36-year-old William Houston Joshua McPheeters, suddenly lost control near the Breckenridge Lane exit. The vehicle flipped and collided with two other cars, bringing a section of the busy Watterson Expressway to a standstill.
