In the early morning hours of August 15, 2021, the life of 24-year-old Jaylen Davis was tragically cut short in a shooting that occurred in the Algonquin neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. Responding to a call at approximately 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of 15th and Lee Street, Louisville Metro Police Department officers discovered Davis with gunshot wounds.
