Murdered

On May 10, 2023, 19-year-old Neel Nai was fatally shot during an apparent robbery at his family's business, B&S Foodmart, located in Louisville's Shawnee neighborhood. Responding to reports of gunfire around 12:45 a.m., Louisville Metro Police officers found Nai with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to UofL Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with his death.
