In the Phoenix Hill neighborhood of Louisville, a life was tragically cut short on the evening of Saturday, January 13, 2024. Daniel Quindel West, a 32-year-old male, was visiting the Dosker Manor apartments when a dispute escalated into violence. A single gunshot wound ended the life of a man remembered by his family as a loving father to his two children.
