Eric D. Toner II, a 43-year-old resident of Portland, Oregon, was identified as the victim in a homicide that occurred in the Kenton Neighborhood. The incident took place on the evening of Friday, March 1, 2024. Toner died as a result of a gunshot wound, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
