Deangelo Augustus, a 38-year-old resident of Salem, Oregon, was one of the two victims killed in a shooting at the M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp in Northeast Portland on July 13, 2024. The other victim was Jmeire Asher, an 18-year-old from Portland.

The incident occurred in the evening, with police being called to the scene just before 8 p.m. after reports of shots being heard. Upon arrival, officers found both Asher and Augustus already deceased. The county Medical Examiner determi ...
