In the pre-dawn hours of June 28, 2021, a tragedy unfolded in the scenic expanse of Joseph Wood Hill Park, nestled in the Rocky Butte area of Portland, Oregon. At approximately 4:30 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered the body of 20-year-old Alexzander J. Hensey.
