Mark A. Holley, a 35-year-old resident of Portland, Oregon, was tragically killed in a shooting on the evening of November 18, 2024. The incident occurred in the Wilkes Neighborhood, specifically at the 15900 block of Northeast Fremont Street, around 5:46 p.m. Officers from the North Precinct responded to reports of gunfire in the area and discovered Holley deceased at the scene.
