In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Portland, Oregon, the life of 32-year-old David Sanders was tragically cut short. On November 23, 2021, at approximately 10:04 p.m., officers from the East Precinct responded to reports of shots fired in the Wilkes neighborhood, near the 1300 block of Northeast 162nd Avenue.
