In the winter of 2023, the life of Charles Muldrow III, a 40-year-old man, was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the morning of Saturday, February 11th, he was discovered inside a residence on West 27th Street, having been fatally shot. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is actively investigating his death as a homicide.
