In a tragic turn of events stemming from a dispute over child visitation, 25-year-old Gerald Eugene Lewis III was fatally shot in an Indianapolis apartment on Sunday, February 26, 2023. The incident, which also left a 23-year-old woman critically injured, unfolded inside an apartment on Millview Court.
