In the quiet residential neighborhood of Dexter Street, located about a mile east of Riverside Park in Indianapolis, a grim discovery was made on the morning of April 20, 2023. There, in the middle of the street, lay the body of 43-year-old Michael Dewayne 'Mikey' Shoffner.
