Murdered

On July 10, 2023, 16-year-old Luis Angel Hernandez Acosta was fatally shot in South Bend, Indiana. Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 1 a.m. in the 400 block of South Carlisle Street, where they found Luis with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
