In the summer of 2023, the life of a one-year-old boy from South Bend, Indiana, was tragically cut short. Kylin W. Brooks, a male born on July 17, 2022, died on August 9, 2023, from a gunshot wound. The incident that led to his death was a heartbreaking accident that occurred within his own home and involved his young cousin.
