Joshua Lamot Flinn, a 36-year-old resident of South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2019. Flinn was found dead at the Phillips 66 gas station on North Lafayette Boulevard in South Bend. The incident occurred just before 2 a.m., when South Bend Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter call reporting shots fired at the location. Upon arrival, officers discovered Flinn had been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
