In the late hours of a cold Monday night in South Bend, Indiana, the life of 24-year-old Arthur Kash Wielosinski was tragically cut short. On February 6, 2017, shots rang out in the 1100 block of Blaine Avenue, and when police arrived just before midnight, they found Wielosinski in an alleyway between Blaine and Cleveland Avenues, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
