Andre L. Nolan, a 25-year-old resident of Indianapolis, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on July 25, 2020, at the Irish Hills Apartments in South Bend, Indiana. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. when residents reported hearing multiple gunshots. Upon arrival, police discovered Nolan deceased inside an apartment, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
