In the early hours of a summer Saturday, the life of Andre L. Nolan, a 25-year-old Black male from Indianapolis, was tragically cut short. On July 25, 2020, police were called to the Irish Hills Apartments in South Bend, Indiana, around 2 a.m. after residents reported hearing the sound of gunshots.
