Jack A. Davis, aged 64, of Lake Station, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. Born on December 5, 1958, he was the son of Jack and Mary Ellen Davis, who preceded him in death. Jack is survived by his children: Josh (Jen) Davis, Cherish (Stephen) DeLeon, and Jordan (Ashley) Davis; his grandchildren: Triniti, Mya, Addison, Lucy, Hunter, and Seraphina; and his sister, Glennis (Gary) Baker.
