In the quiet community of McCordsville, Indiana, the life of 79-year-old Don Hornback came to a sorrowful end on April 19, 2024. A resident of nearby Indianapolis, the circumstances of his passing were preceded by a period of concern and a search for his well-being. Prior to his death, Don Hornback had been reported as a missing and endangered person. Authorities had reason to believe he was armed and had made suicidal statements, which prompted a search for the elderly man.
