Death by Force

Dwight Jones, a 59-year-old resident of Laurel, Indiana, was fatally shot on November 4, 2014. The incident occurred early in the morning on Edgerton Street, where Jones was found inside his pickup truck with a gunshot wound. He was initially taken to Fayette Regional Hospital in Connersville, Indiana, and later transferred to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Despite medical efforts, Jones succumbed to his injuries shortly after his arrival at the hospital.
