In the early morning hours of March 22, 2024, the quiet community of Nappanee, Indiana, was disturbed by a domestic tragedy that resulted in the death of 71-year-old Johnnie Tener. A male resident of the area, Mr. Tener was found deceased in a reclining chair in his home from a gunshot wound to the head. The events leading to this discovery began to unfold when his wife, Linda Tener, 70, appeared at their son's nearby home.
