In the spring of 2024, a dispute originating from a minor car accident tragically escalated, culminating in the death of Kylin Romaal Bursey, a 33-year-old Black male. The fatal encounter occurred on April 30, 2024, in the 4100 block of West 23rd Avenue in Gary, Indiana.
