In the spring of 2024, a quiet apartment complex on the north side of Indianapolis became the scene of a somber discovery. On the evening of Monday, May 13th, police responded to reports of a man found deceased inside a truck at the apartments on Biscay Square, off of Westlane Road. The man was identified as 25-year-old Julio Castillo Bedoya. He was a Hispanic male.
