William Henry Toodle III, a 50-year-old male, tragically lost his life to gun violence on a Sunday afternoon in Indianapolis, Indiana. On January 22, 2023, in the 4800 block of East Michigan Street, what began as a disturbance escalated into a fatal shooting. Residents in the area reported hearing a commotion shortly before the sound of gunfire echoed through the neighborhood around 1:00 p.m. When police arrived at the scene on the city's east side, they discovered Toodle lying on the ground.
