On July 1, 2024, Kevin Deward McGaw Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was found dead in a tragic incident. The discovery was made when police responded to a report of a person shot in the 2600 block of East Minnesota Street, near Stanley Strader Park.
Upon arrival, officers found McGaw Jr. inside a car, where he had succumbed to gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel.
