In the late hours of Labor Day, September 7, 2020, a house party on the northwest side of Indianapolis turned tragic, leaving a young man's life cut short. Eighteen-year-old Anthony Mills, a male, was shot and killed in a burst of violence that also left four other people wounded. The incident unfolded in the 2900 block of North High School Road, where a gathering had been taking place.
