On Sunday, May 26, 2024, a tragic incident occurred on the Near West Side of Chicago, resulting in the fatal shooting of 5-year-old Reign Ware. The shooting took place around 3:30 a.m. in the 200 block of South Campbell Avenue, near Jackson.
