Valoria E. Taylor, an 89-year-old woman from Chicago, IL, tragically lost her life on October 15, 2018. She was fatally shot by Letwan Taylor, a 19-year-old man who was staying at her apartment after being released from a mental health facility. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at their residence in the Park Manor neighborhood.
