Beatrice Jones, a 56-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on February 2, 2018, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the couple's South Side Gresham home, where she lived with her fiancé, Rory Watson. On the night of the incident, Watson's 13-year-old daughter was present in the house. She heard her father arguing with Jones shortly before 10 p.m., followed by a gunshot. The daughter immediately called her cousin, who then contacted the police. When officers arrived at t ...
