Chasteddy R. Blocker, age 20, was shot and killed on May 6, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred on Chicago's West Side, specifically on Central Park Avenue. According to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner's office, Blocker was shot in the back and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival.
