Anthony Wilbourn, a 49-year-old resident of Belleville, Illinois, was fatally shot on May 24, 2024. The incident occurred in the 7300 block of West A Street, where Wilbourn lived. Police were initially called to the scene due to a report of a domestic disturbance, and upon arrival, they learned about the shooting.
