Chasin Homer, a 24-year-old resident of Atlanta, Georgia, was fatally shot on July 4, 2023, at the Grove Adams Park apartment complex located on the 1900 block of Delowe Drive in southwest Atlanta.
Homer's death occurred in the parking lot of the apartment complex, where police responded to a call about a person being shot around 3:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Homer with apparent gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
