Deontavious Wright, a 29-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on March 13, 2015, in Atlanta, Georgia. Wright was shot to death in his apartment located in the Hagos Park complex in southwest Atlanta. The incident occurred when three men forced their way into his residence. According to the Fulton County District Attorney, Paul Howard, Wright was a known drug dealer in the area.
