On November 18, 2023, around 5:40 p.m., Columbus Police officers responded to a call in the 2400 block of Woodruff Farm Road in Columbus, Georgia, specifically at the parking lot of a Piggly Wiggly grocery store. Upon arrival, they found a Black male, later identified as 17-year-old Mondrell Gordon, suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were called to the scene, and Gordon was transported to Piedmont Columbus Regional hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. He wa ...Read More
