Jermaine Williams, a 26-year-old African American male from Columbus, Georgia, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2018. He was found shot at a home near the intersection of 3rd Avenue and 6th Street in Columbus. The Muscogee County Coroner, Buddy Bryan, confirmed that Williams was pronounced dead at Columbus Regional Hospital. This incident marked the 18th homicide in Columbus for the year 2018.
