In the early morning hours of Saturday, November 9, 2024, a burst of violence at the Ten 10 Restaurant and Lounge in Danville, Virginia, claimed the life of 33-year-old Damion Quayshaud Reed. Reed, a Black male, was found by police officers responding to a 2:39 a.m. call, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was transported from the scene but was pronounced dead.
