A rising Atlanta rap artist's life was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire that left another man critically injured. On the afternoon of August 1, 2024, 21-year-old Raquavian Jevon Benning, known to many by his stage name 'Biig Flash' or affectionately as 'Quay,' was shot and killed in a double shooting in a northwest Atlanta neighborhood.
