Mark Blakely, a 34-year-old African American male from Atlanta, GA, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2020. The incident occurred during a violent altercation outside the Monaco Hookah Lounge in Atlanta. Blakely was one of the victims in a shooting that also claimed the life of Chicago rapper Dayvon Bennett, known as King Von.
