Gerrold Shropshire, a 50-year-old African American man from Altamonte Springs, Florida, was tragically murdered on October 15, 1998, in Atlanta, Georgia. Shropshire, along with two other businessmen, Ronald Gutkowski, 51, and Phillip Dover, 31, was found dead in a room at the Atlanta Hilton & Towers.
