On October 20, 2023, Alberto Gonzalez Sr., a 72-year-old man from Kissimmee, Florida, died following a violent altercation with his son, Alberto Jose Gonzalez-Velazquez Jr. The incident began in the parking lot of a Kissimmee restaurant, where an argument broke out between the father and son. The two men then left the restaurant together in a gray truck, which subsequently crashed near West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and Bass Road.
