Carlos Olavo Resende, a 34-year-old man, was found dead on October 27, 2017, in Kissimmee, Florida. His body was discovered inside a silver Nissan Altima at the Reef Club Apartments, located near Thacker and Columbia Avenues. The Kissimmee Police Department quickly ruled his death a homicide after determining that Resende had been shot multiple times.
